At Miss. Carrie’s Creations, we want you to love what you purchase. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all products and services offered through misscarriescreations.com, our Shopify store, Thinkific, and PMPro course platforms.
1. Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (printable worksheets, digital guides, SVG files, and similar downloads), all digital product sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions: If a file is corrupted, has a technical error, or is significantly different from its description, contact us within 7 days at support@misscarriescreations.com and we will provide a corrected file or a full refund.
IN SIMPLE TERMS: Digital downloads are final once you’ve downloaded them. That’s standard for digital goods everywhere. But if something is broken or wrong, we’ll absolutely make it right. Just email us.
2. Online Courses
We offer a 7-day refund window on all online courses purchased through Thinkific, Kit, and ProMember course platforms, provided that:
- The refund is requested within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed
Under no conditions do we offer refunds for those who simply choose not to take the time to work through the process and take the time to learn. We expect you to honor your commitment as we have honored ours. Remember, you have lifetime access to the course and updates, so there is no rush to complete the classes.
To request a course refund: Email support@misscarriescreations.com within 3 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if more than 10% of course content has been accessed.
IN SIMPLE TERMS: If you buy a course and it’s not what you expected, email us within 3 days and we’ll refund you as long as you haven’t worked through most of it already.
3. Membership No Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual membership plans. Membership gives you immediate access to all current content, community resources, and live events. Because of this instant access, we are unable to offer refunds on membership fees.
What you can do:
- Cancel your membership at any time – no questions asked
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to membership content until your billing period ends
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
To cancel: Log in to your account and manage your subscription, or email support@misscarriescreations.com.
IN SIMPLE TERMS: Membership fees are non-refundable. Just like how a gym membership or streaming service. You can cancel anytime and you keep access until your paid period is up. No charges after you cancel.
4. Physical Products (Print on Demand)
All physical products in the Miss. Carrie’s Creations shop are print on demand meaning each book is printed and produced individually when you place your order. This is intentional! It means you always receive a freshly printed copy and we never overproduce or waste materials. Because of the custom print on demand nature of these products, please be aware of the following:
Production & Shipping Times
- Orders are sent to print within 1-3 business days of purchase
- Printing and production typically takes 3-7 business days
- Shipping time is additional. Estimated at checkout based on your location
- Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-14 business days for US orders
- International orders may take longer – see checkout for estimates
Returns & Refunds
- Because each book is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind
- Damaged or defective copies: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you
- Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days. We will correct the order immediately
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, contact us and we will investigate and replace if needed

5. Sponsored Events & Workshops
For paid live workshops or events hosted by Miss. Carrie’s Creations:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit toward a future event
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund, but recordings will be provided where available
- If Miss. Carrie’s Creations cancels an event: Full refund issued within 5 business days
IN SIMPLE TERMS: Life happens! Cancel a week out and we’ll refund you fully. Closer to the event we may only be able to offer credit. And if we have to cancel – which we try very hard never to do – you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Include: Your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for the request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days and returned to your original payment method.
IN SIMPLE TERMS: Email us with your order number and we’ll take care of you as quickly as we can. We promise we are easy to work with. We just need to know what’s going on.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and will apply to purchases made after the update date.
