General Questions
Welcome! Head straight to the Start Here page on our site. It will walk you through my site and a few beginner friendly projects so you can spend less time clicking and more time creating.
If you would like access to the downloads and classes, join Miss. Carrie’s Creative Library.
The Creative Library is your digital hub for all things papercrafting. Once you join the membership and log in, you can access it via the main menu. It’s where all your guides, sketches, and exclusive resources live.
Silhouette requires its user to have the Designer Edition to open SVG cut files. If you have the Designer software, you should be able to use the SVG files on this site.
We love seeing your creations out in the world. However, there are two different sets of “rules” depending on what you are using:
- For Miss Carrie’s Creations Designs (Digital SVGs/Files): When you download a digital file, you will receive a usage agreement explaining how those files can be used. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves.
- For Products from My Affiliate Partners (Stamps, Dies, etc.): Most of the companies we recommend have their own “Angel Policies.” These policies typically allow you to sell handmade items using their stamps and dies, but they often have specific rules.
Pro-Tip: If you plan to sell your work, we always recommend checking the “Angel Policy” on the specific manufacturer’s website (like Cricut, Spellbinders, or Honey Bee Stamps) to ensure you’re in the clear!
Most of Miss. Carrie’s designs work with the Explore, Maker, and Joy series. We will always specify if a project requires a specific machine capability (like Print Then Cut).
These links allow Miss. Carrie to earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It’s a simple way to support the free tutorials and content we create. We only link to products we actually use and love in our own studio.
All of Miss. Carrie’s projects, designs, and tutorials on the Miss. Carrie’s Creations site and social media platforms are original. We ask that you please never share these without consent. If you know someone who wants our freebies, point them to the Creative Library to sign up for their own free account.
If you are a fellow blogger, you may use one single photo and link back to our site with credit to Miss. Carrie’s Creations.
Resharing full blog posts or any of our digital freebies, projects, or class content is strictly prohibited and will result in a copyright infringement action.
Currently, Miss. Carrie focuses on group instruction within the membership and her YouTube channel to help as many creators as possible at once. If you are requesting a specific tutorial, please contact her and she will do her best to answer in her next session.

To make changes to your billing information or upgrade to the All Access Creative Library, go to “My Account” and make the necessary changes.
First, check that you’re using the email you signed up with. If you receive a message when logging into the Creative Library that says “email not found” or “invalid user,” you may have not yet created an account for the Creative Library.
Remember: Being on our email list does not automatically mean you have an account. You must set up your own account and password of your choice.
If you have an account, and still can’t log in, usually, a quick “Clear Cache” in your browser settings or switching to another browser fixes this right up.
Click the “Lost Password” link on the login page. If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, check your “Promotions” or “Spam” folder. Sometimes the email filters get a little overzealous.

New sketches, files, or guides are added monthly to ensure there’s always something fresh for your next crafty session. If you are requesting a specific download, design, or tutorial, please contact us.
Not necessarily! Being on our email list means you get updates and project inspiration, but to access the Creative Library, you must specifically register for either a Free or All Access membership account.
Resources are for personal use only. If you are a teacher and would like to use my sketches or files for a group class, please reach out via the Contact form to discuss a commercial or group license!

Downloads & Digital Files
Click the Download button next to the project or guide. On a computer, it usually goes straight to your Downloads folder. On most mobile devices, it will save to your Files app.
Most files are tucked inside a .zip folder to keep things organized. You must Unzip or Extract the folder before you can see the SVG or PDF inside. If you’re on mobile, just tap the zip file in your Files app to unpack it.
Guides are .PDF downloads and require a software like Adobe Acrobat Reader, web browsers (Chrome/Edge), or mobile file apps to view or print.
Our cut files are provided as standard .svg files, which work beautifully with Cricut, Silhouette, and Brother ScanNCut. Often, they are tucked inside a .zip folder to keep things organized.
NOTE: Silhouette requires its user to have the Designer Edition to open SVG cut files. If you have the Designer software, you should be able to use the SVG files on this site.
Open Design Space, click Upload, find the SVG file on your device, and add it to your canvas.

Pro-tip: If the file has score lines, don’t forget to change the line type to “Score” and use the “Attach” tool!

Classes & Courses
I wouldn’t have it any other way! I teach systems, not just projects. I break every step down so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

Events
We love collaborating with other creators! These are large-scale online events where Miss. Carrie is invited as a guest instructor. These events are usually hosted on a separate website by a third-party coordinator, not directly on the Miss Carrie’s Creations site.
Miss. Carrie is often an affiliate for these summits. This means if you choose to upgrade your ticket or buy a pass through her link, she will earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It’s a wonderful way to support the free education provided while getting a ton of value from a big group of instructors!
Because these events are hosted by third parties, we don’t have access to your registration or login details. You should have received a confirmation email from the event host (e.g., CardMaker Success Summit, Scrapbook.com, etc.). Search your inbox for the name of the specific event to find your access link.
We wish we could! However, since we don’t own those platforms, we can’t reset your password or fix video playback issues there. You’ll need to reach out to the host’s support team directly. They are usually great at getting things sorted!
The Creative Library is separate from external event passes. Any “VIP” or “All-Access” passes purchased for a summit live on the host’s platform. If you’re looking for my specific project files or guides for that event, they are usually found within the event portal provided by the host.
First off, yay for going VIP! To claim your bonus, you’ll usually find a Bonus Page or Perks section inside the summit host’s platform. There will be a specific link there that brings you here to redeem your gift.
Yes. To ensure your digital files stay safe and accessible to you forever, our system requires you to create a (free!) account. This way, if you lose the file, you can just log back in and download it again whenever you need it.
Yes! Don’t worry, you aren’t being charged. By checking out for $0, our system officially adds that bonus to your Dashboard.
The easiest way is to head back to the summit site and look for the Bonuses or Partners tab. If the link there isn’t working, please reach out to the Summit host first.
If you are still having issues with accessing your bonus, feel free to reach out to us with a copy of your summit receipt, and we’ll help you get settled.
Summit bonuses are usually added to your “My Classes” or “My Downloads” section rather than the general Creative Library. This keeps your personal purchases and event gifts organized in one spot!
