Beginner Card Making & Paper Crafting Supplies

Real products I actually use in my projects & organized by category so you can find what you need.

No fluff. These are products I have used while creating.

The most common question I am asked involves the products I have in my craft room. You all want to know what I really use.

Which beginner card making supplies are your favorite?

Do you recommend an ink for card making?

What is your favorite scrapbooking cardstock?

What Cricut tools do I really need?

So here it is. All of these are paper crafting supplies and tools that have personally used when I am creating my card, scrapbook pages, cutting machine projects and laser crafts. If it’s on this page, it’s earned its spot on my craft table. A few sections rotate as I discover new favorites, so check back often!

My Current Stamping & Ink Favorites

Ink pads and stamp sets are the heart of card making. This section rotates as I discover new favorites. Check back often! Here’s what I’m reaching for right now.

Miss. Carrie’s Real Life Tip: You don’t need every ink pad color to create beautiful projects. Instead, start with a neutral set and a few warm or cool primary hues that you can blend to create new shades. To save money and space, begin with travel-sized cubes to test different formulas and pad styles before investing in a full-sized brand. This lets you discover what you truly enjoy. Trust me – your wallet with thank you.
