Those who follow my blog know that I fell a little behind with my kits this past quarter, but, after a much needed rest, I am ready to share all of my completed layout kits & guides created using the current Seasonal Expressions papers. Today, I am going to start with the Something Fierce papers – bright, bold, adventurous, and full of fun.
This first layout is titled ♥You Are Awesome♥ and it takes advantage of the bright colors in the Something Fierce paper packet. Those bright blues, yellows, and greens play so well together making it perfect for your “awesome” memories.
Speaking of personality, adding Cricut™ cuts to my ♥What An Adventure♥ layout added personality and dimension. I always incorporate some type of image from our Cricut Collections™ into my layouts, and, even with the cut-apart images, I feel that handmade embellishments add to the pages.
Each of my kits will be available for purchase at the Scrapbook All Day for SAVA Crop. I have a limited amount of kits available, so if you are wanting to pre-order any of these kits, please send me an email and I will set them aside for you.
Guides are available for purchase through my online store. Each guide includes a supply list, cutting guide, layout grids, Design Space™ file, and assembly instructions will full-color photos. You can purchase each one individually online or ♥receive all three of these workshop guides FREE♥ with any $50.00 purchase from my website.

I made it a goal this year to create pages that contained ♥actual♥photos. Although this event happened over 15 years old, the photos are finally going to appear in an album and our This Happened stamp set created the perfect place for me to record my memories.
I will admit, I am a tad bit rusty when it comes to creating my own personal scrapbook pages. (here is where I get a little personal) When a family member passed away 15 years ago, I couldn’t bring myself to create pages anymore, and it wasn’t until I “had to” scrapbook some photos last summer that ♥I realized how much I missed it♥.
Since I am a bit on the rusty side, I decided to use a cutting guide from the So Much Happy Scrapbook workshop as a starting point. The color palette of the Something Fierce paper collection fit my photos, but needed a little inspiration for a layout. This is why I ♥always download our guides♥. Even though this is a current guide you can download on my website, you never know how it will inspire you long after the paper pack is gone.I only chose to use a few of the stamped images on my layout. Most of the accents are from the Something Fierce Cut-Apart page or Complements, but that large “Remember” stamp was a great addition and a perfect way for me to ♥journal the memories♥.
If you look closely, you will see that I stamped the “Take Note” to use the top portion of the stamped image as an accent and the “What a Day” sentiment fit perfectly with a memory full of field day five-year-olds.
Now ‘Hop” on over to Katy Taylor’s blog to see her work! She always has something beautiful to inspire you. Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their blogs to get some great crafting tips and other fun ideas. Remember, the Remember This stamp set is only available until March 30th . Contact your CTMH Consultant, or visit the Promotions tab of my website to see how you can get this stamp set for only $5.00.
As we continue through a week of “punny” Valentines, I have been adding my creations to a few weekly challenge blogs. Today, I decided to enter a new challenge at Dragonfly Journeys. If you have been reading my postings, you also know that I have three boys who I still send Valentine’s to, and I have be taking advantage of the dinosaur images and play on words to create an ultra-cheesy Valentine for each one them. Here is the final one in my collection.
After creating the other cards, I was left with a few more dinosaur images in my Something Fierce collection as well as this “Wild About You” sticker which was the perfect sentiment for a Valentine card. As I was creating my card, I began to recall the days when decorated paper bags were once stuffed with ♥silly valentines♥just like this.
Once I had chosen I sentiment, I decided to layer it atop this adorable brontosaurus die cut. If you look at the set of compliments above, you can see that he originally held a ball. As many of you know, scissors can be a wonderful tool to adjust an image an make it your own. Snip & Stick and your brontosaurus is now holding a heart.♥
After deciding on the background, I realized that the two images weren’t enough for this card, so I cut out the Palm Tree and Pineapple and layered them with a few more hearts onto the front of my card. ♥ Super simple, Super cute, and ready to send off to my son.
I hope that you have enjoyed this collection of punny Valentines using our Something Fierce collection and that you give one of them a try.
