My Craft Haul from the New Catalog

This week, I am sharing a video of the new craft items I recently purchased and I am going to share why I added them to my craft stash. I am also going to show you how well they pair with other items I already own.

Now you know, I only buy items that I will use and have a project planned for. I don’t like excess clutter in my craft space and I am working really hard to use up the items I already have.

THIS this new catalog made it a difficult to choose. There were coffee cups, and books, and snowflakes, and die cuts. How is a girl to choose?? So….I made a list AND I am sharing a printable version of a list for you to use while you watch this my video.

You can use this list to keep track of items you already purcahsed or products you have on your wishlist. I have also added a few reminders for VIPs.

After you have finished taking a look at the items I added to my craft stash, you can keep reading to learn about how well these match items I already own.

Have you started your list? There is so much fun crafty goodness in the new November/December catalog!

Before you head off to my website to shop, let me tell you a little bit more about the items I am going to be creating with and how well they pair with pieces in my craft space.

CANDID MOMENTS

I feel in love right away with the coffee cup stickers. I wish they had made an SVG of these or allowed me to buy a whole pack of just coffee cups.

As I was looking through the catalog, I noticed that the die cuts in the Candid Moments collected were a woodgrain pattern which means that these papers are going to go really well with the Wood Grain papers I have in my paper stack.

This collection also has quite a few circle designs which just happen to match the Embroidered Circles stamp I have. These are going to work perfectly with the Candid Moments papers.

WONDERLAND

This collection was on my “maybe list” at first until I took a look at the subtle patterns and color palette.

I also know that this Winterland collection is going to pair well with the Mink Love Story papers I already have. The grey shades are going to play so well with those soft pastel colors.

In my collection, I also have a few retired snowflake thin cut dies. I just pulled these out to play with as I create with the Wonderland papers AND I noticed that some are still available on my website.

Again, I snagged the scrapbooking kit. I don’t know that I will be making these exact pages, but I LOVE the little acrylic dots and die cuts. I have some projects planned for those.

OTHER MUST HAVES

Mix-In Papers are always on my list. The simple patterns go well with just about anything I make. I just used the Wisteria paper for some mitten boxes in my Cricut classroom and they look adorable.

When it came to choosing stamps, I was cautious. I have a rule when it comes to buy stamps — “For every stamp you buy, you must donate one away.”

I chose three that I would use.

Christmas Trees for hunting trips

Holliday Village for some treats and gifts

Always with You for ministry

Of course I also “had” to grab the new Kaleidoscope embossing folder, Joy die, and Snowflake sequins. I can’t wait to play with these.

Have you finished your wish list, yet? If you are worried about your budget, I have a few tips to help you out.
