I just receive all of my Happiest Place goodies last week, and I have spent the last five days playing with every component in the collection. Today, I decided to pull out the balloon thin cut die from the Happiest Place bundle and use it to create a great big card for a Disney loving friend.

This card just screams happiness, doesn’t it?♥ I love all the bright colors, foil designs, and whimsical shapes. I also enjoyed how quickly it came together using the balloon die from the Happiest Place Stamp + Thin cut set.
To create the front of the card, I placed the thin cut randomly onto some White Daisy cardstock and ran it through my die cut machine. I used the same thin cut to cut some balloon shapes from pieces of Happiest Place papers & foil cardstock. How cute are those patterns??!!!

To create that bottom layer, I cut a second piece of White Daisy cardstock the same size as the first, and adhered each of the patterned balloons onto it, using the top layer as a guide. I also used that top layer to line up each one of the stamped string images on the balloons.
After all the balloons were assembled and stamped, I used some Intense Black Ink to stamp the sentiment onto the card and added a little acrylic bow above the sentiment. These acrylic shapes are so fun to use and add some wonderful dimension to your projects.

To finish the card, I added some Black & White checked ribbon and a couple of Black Dots. The completed piece was mounted onto some Black Foil cardstock and is ready to be sent off to my Disney loving friend.
I hope that you were inspired to try something new today using the Happiest Place Collection. This collection is available while supplies last, and can be purchased at a 20% discount♥ during the months of July & August along with a few digital collections.
