Blog Hop, Process Video, Scrapbook Layout

Create a Vintage Chic Layout

If you are a subscriber to my blog, you had the opportunity to see the layout I created for the Stamp of the Month blog hop using the NEW Yesterday & Today products.  My post promised a process video tutorial showing you how I made my Vintage Chic layout. Many have been waiting with much anticipation for the tutorial, and, today, my friends, that video is ready for you to view.

I have also created a list of all the supplies I used on this layout for you at the very bottom of this post. These products are only available for a limited time. Our Family Legacy Stamp set is an exclusive stamp set during the March, so you will need to purchase it before March 31st if you wish to use it to create this layout.

As you saw in the video and read in my previous blog post, there are so many wonderful elements on this page.  I am a sucker for vintage, old-world finds and these Yesterday & Today products fell right into my love of old things.

Not only did I use those beautiful papers on my Vintage Vibe scrapbook layout, I was able to take advantage of the gorgeously designed Vellum Die cuts.  These come apart from the backing sheet so easily and can be used as is or shaded to match your project.

On my scrapbook page, I chose to leave them as is and layer them behind a few of the elements I added to my page.

I hope that you enjoyed today’s video tutorial and that it inspired you to create a few projects using our Yesterday & Today papers. Like the Family Legacy stamp set, these products are available for a limited time.  They are scheduled to be on my website through April 30th, but we all know that well-loved items sell fast from the catalog.  If you wish to create a layout like this, make sure to order your Yesterday & Today items before they are sold out.
