KINDNESS: the act of being friendly generous, merciful, charitable, and considerate.
This week, at Heart2Heart, we are asking you to celebrate World Kindness Day with us. Whether you join us in the monthly challenge, or simply show compassion to a stranger, we ask that you take a little time to spread some kindness this week.
In our small town, we have a quaint little coffee shop. (When I say small town, picture someone possibly riding a horse to school, a dairy calf crossing the street, football stands filled on Fridays, & everyone knowing who you are.) It is my favorite place to live.
In this Coffee Shop full of friendly faces, you will find the Coffee Blessings Board♥ hanging on the wall with slips of paper that say “Pay It Forward” and, on each one, is a handwritten message with a gift of a free treat from the coffee house. These have all been left by people in the town and, this week, I will be attaching mine. 
Most, like me, leave a completed loyalty card that can be used on a yummy cup of coffee. My gift has been tucked inside a 2″ x 2″ Flip-Flap and it can be removed, allowing the receiver to reuse the card to give away another gift card in the future. 
After creating the background and adding the Flip-Flap, I decorated a coffee cup die cut with stamped images, shaded them with markers, then added it to my card.
