Welcome to the Bear Hugs Stamp of the Month Blog Hop where we will be featuring the July Bear Hugs stamp set. If you have come here from Gina Brandstetter’s blog, you are on the right path! When you are finished reading my post, you can click on the link at the end to move to the next blog. This blog hop is simple, fun, and full of artwork created by some very talented consultants. If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda’s Blog.
For this project, I decided to use our Fancy Tags Thin Cuts along with our True Love papers to create a sweet and simple card that I plan on sending to a friend who is currently going through a rough patch. Unfortunately, I am going to have to keep this blog post short due to the fact that my laptop keyboard is currently on the fritz. You can see here that I used the Circle Tag thin cut to create a window for the two bear images. I used another Tag Thin Cut for the sentiment.
The flower border and individual flowers were cut from Sugarplum cardstock using the Decorative Borders Thin Cuts. I added some Gold Embellishing Thread, Gold Glitter Gems, a Gold Arrow Clip, and Bitty Sparkles too finish it off.
Now ‘Hop” on over to Darlys Recker’s blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their blogs to get some great crafting tips and other fun ideas. Remember, the Bear Hug stamp set is only available until July 31st. Contact your CTMH Consultant, or visit the Promotions tab of my website to see how you can get this stamp set for only $5.00.
♥ I can’t wait to see what you create!

I love this! I love that you used a Fancy Tag to create an aperture. Fabulous!
Thank you, Brenda.
Love, love this!!! I forget to design “peeking” cards…and this was the perfect stamp set to use that for!! Lovely card!
Honestly, Krista, I had a hard time using such a big stamp on a card and this seemed like the perfect solution. 😁
I love the color scheme of your card and the addition of all the little elements that are perfect for your design!
Thank you, Melissa. I wish I could say they were all planned, but most are last minute additions. 😊
Super cute, and I love the colour pallet you used. Great design.
Thank you, Michelle. I haven’t had much of a chance to play with the True Love paper suite, yet, so I thought I would give it a try.
Your card is so bear-y cute! I love your color combo and design!
Thank you, Haley.
This is adorable!!
Thank you, Tamera. I hope it inspires you.
