I miss the days when you welcomed someone to their new home with cards, casseroles, and containers of cookies. This week, as I looked at the inspiration board for the Color My Heart Dare Challenge, I was inspired by the welcoming feel of the papers chosen and decided to bring back the tradition of sending a “welcome to your new home” card.
Our color palette for the week is a simple Tic-Tac-Toe board inspired by the Feels Like Home collection. You can choose to use any colors in a row, column or diagonal plus additional colors from board and any neutral colors. I chose to use Sapphire, Sugarplum, and Silver with a touch of Fern and Mink on my card.
As you look at my card, you will notice that there is not a bit of stamping on the outside of the card. For this project, I decided to take advantage of the beautiful images from our Feels Like Home Cut-Apart paper and Complements.
What are Cut-Apart papers? These are the newest addition to the Close to My Heart paper collections and I ♥adore♥ them. In each pack of paper, you receive two sheets of Cut-Apart images with a simple pattern on the back. This allows you to either fussy-cut and use the images, use the patterned paper, or both. On my card, I used the “Home” photo frame, the House, the Heart and some scraps from between the images on the Cut-Apart sheet. 
What are Complements? Complements are a ♥beautiful collection♥ of Die Cuts and stickers that coordinate with (or complement) our papers. If you look at the collection above, you can see that they are each beautifully designed to be on quite a few paper of your paper crating crafting creations. Can you pick out the images I used on my card from the complements pack?
