12 Days of Christmas Creations ~ Let It Snow Shadow Box

This year, I wanted to inspire you to create a few handmade items for Christmas, so, for the next TWELVE DAYS, I will be posting quick, simple, and easy projects you can make. As many of you know, I enjoy making decorations for my home, so I am beginning our Christmas crafting adventure with a Let It Snow Shadowbox.

I promise you, that this project was very simple to create using a card design from the Season of Joy Cricut™ collection. The “Silent Night” card is a multi-layered card that I resized to the size of my shadow box. I chose to use a different title, so I deleted “Silent Night” and replaced it with the “Let it Snow” image from the Season of Joy collection.

In Design Space™, I welded additional tabs to each side of my images, and added score lines so that everything folded neatly along the sides.

After cutting out each of the images, I adhered White Daisy cardstock to the back of my Shadowbox, installed lights, and began layering each of the images using 3D Foam Tape.

My images were cut from Sapphire, White Daisy, Bluebird, and Carolina cardstock, but this would be beautiful using any color from our cardstock collection. I plan on creating a second one that is completely white with a little White Glitter Paper. How pretty will that be?

If you would like to make a Let It Snow Shadowbox, I am giving away the file free to anyone who purchases the Season of Joy Cricut™ collection from my website. I hope you enjoy this little Christmas Creation and that you return tomorrow to see the next 12 Days of Christmas Creations project I have made.

I can’t wait to see what you create!
