Even though Valentine’s Day is over a month away, there are many people who like to plan ahead and create. This week, I was playing around in Cricut® Design Space and decided to use the A Little Bit of Pun stamp set to create a sweet Valentine treat. At the very bottom of this post, you will find a list of the supplies I used to make these cards.
Each month, I teach people how to use their Cricut® machines to create simple paper crafting projects. I love watching people excited to learn something new, and enjoy seeing them take what they have learned an apply it to future projects. This month, I will be teaching a Cricut® Design Space Basics class for those who recently purchased an Explore machine (or have had one sitting in a box for a while). My hope is that you are able to learn how to use your machine with the Design Space program and create something amazing.
The cards I created above, use images from our Artistry cartridge. I was able to manipulate the images, then add score, cut, and sliced images to create these adorable little valentines. After the images were cut, I used our A Little Bit of Pun stamp set to add those adorably “punny” sayings, a “to/from” on the back, and a “Happy Valentine’s Day” sentiment.
If you would like to make these adorable little cards, you can purchase the Cricut® Design Space file from me in my online Holiday Store or receive the file FREE with any purchase of $30.00 or more on my website. (You will need to own the Artistry cartridge to cut out the card and the sun shape.)
This layout was simple to make, and I truly love how it turned out. Remember, the A Little Bit of Pun acrylic stamp set is only available until December 31st! Contact me, or visit the Promotions tab my website to see how you can get this stamp set for only $5.00. I can’t wait to see what you create!
